Your rating

Your review shows your first name, the initial of your surname and the month you married — never your email, your cell number or your full name. We keep those two so we can reach you if Custom Craft Co questions whether you were a customer. If that happens your review stays up while we look into it, and we ask you for something that shows you dealt with them. What we do with your details.

How reviews work here

  • Anyone who has used a supplier may review them. You confirm your email with one click and it goes live.
  • The supplier is told, and can reply in public. They cannot edit or delete what you wrote.
  • If a supplier says you were not a customer, your review stays up, marked “under review”, while we ask you for something that shows you dealt with them. You get 14 days. If we hear nothing, it comes down.
  • We remove reviews that name private individuals, contain abuse, or are written by anyone with a stake in the business. We do not remove reviews for being negative.
